"Been here twice this year already. Pizza is to die for, Martin makes his own dough and is conscious of allergies. Order off menu or concoct your own favourites. Also does pasta, desserts, coffees. Attentive staff, comfy ambience and couldn't recommend higher."

"We invaded Mangawhai Pizzeria, 6 x adults and 4 x children unexpected for a birthday dinner. The food was excellent and very economical, the staff couldn't do enough for us. They provided games for the kids to play while we waited for the pizzas and even allowed us to have our birthday cake (which we bought with us) and singing in the restaurant; providing us with plates and spoons and a cake slice to dish up. The team went above and beyond for us, no surprise that they were do busy with non stop customers calling in. Many thanks for a perfect night!"

"Great place to go and eat on your way back from a busy day on the road. Pizzas are big and great - the staff (I guess owners) were friendly. The photos on here look different a bit, so looks like they have updated a bit, now theres a milkbar with sundaes and icecreams too."

"Last Friday we ordered pizza and drinks from this shop. The lady who serves us in the evening is very accomodating. We were very thirsty and she did offer to serve the drinks first though our order is take away. She's kind and considerate. Since we didn't finish the shakes she did willingly transferred into a take out container. It's our first time ordering in this place. Thank you so much. The pizza base is soft and the cheese melts in the mouth. We ordered pepperoni pizza it's spicy for my child. I hope there will be non spicy option for kids like pizza hut he can eat the pepperoni flavor. All in all everything is good. The ambience is relaxing and spacious during our visit. Photo taken is our left over. The drinks being served were cold drinks based on my request it did quench my thirst while the shakes are delicious banana shake and chocolate flavor. Highly recommended for good Costumer Service ."
